Inspired by the oceans treacherous currents, my collection aims to be eye catching and somewhat different than usual. Focusing on the colours of the sea and how they intertwine with fabrics, using dyes and different sewing techniques to help create the illusion of the destructiveness, that is the ocean. In the next year I’m hoping to gain more first hand experience working with the fashion industry, and I have a confident belief that I will gain the opportunity to enroll in an internship or work placement. In the meantime, I anticipate I will utilise my time becoming more confident as a young designer, experimenting and finding out my own style and techniques within the fashion industry.
