Jessica Strain My collection encapsulates my love of historical garments with my passion for Japanese alternative styles. As I loved my research from the first project which was dark and gothic I have carried this through to my collection to portray a mystical ethereal look. I have enjoyed the research for these projects and putting together mood boards that fit my aesthetic as well as inspiring me. My strengths lie in my research and ideas and being able to channel this into designs. I have applied to some universities and had an offer for Business with design which I hope will help me in running my business making EGL accessories. After this, I plan to achieve my master's degree in fashion history and work within the restoration, conservation, and research of historical garments specialising in 18th century Georgian fashion.
